With the first study in 2006, NCM found that Powered communities delivered an average of $55 for every $1 invested by the brand.  In this year's study - using the same methodology - Powered communities delivered an average of $60 for every $1 invested, a 10% increase.
  In addition to the ROI results, qualitative metrics such as brand affinity, WOM, purchase intent, consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty were all positively influenced.
